Job Description
The Associate Warehouse Management Analyst, Warehouse & Finished Goods supports the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Warehouse and Finished Goods operations through data analytics, digital solutions, and structured problem-solving.
The role is responsible for improving operational visibility, maintaining data and reporting accuracy, identifying process or system gaps, and supporting the transformation of manual activities into efficient, automated, and data-driven workflows.
The Analyst will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Finished Goods, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, cycle time, shipment readiness, and system reliability while ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and audit requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support transformation towards automated, data-driven warehouse operations (IR4.0/IR5.0).
- Extract, organize, validate, and analyze data from WMS, ERP, and other operational systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and visual management tools for Warehouse and Finished Goods performance, including GR turnaround time, work order cycle time, productivity, inventory accuracy, shipment status, and operational exceptions.
- Monitor inbound, putaway, replenishment, kitting, Finished Goods receiving, storage, and outbound shipment activities to identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports within the agreed reporting timeline.
- Identify data anomalies, failed transactions, interface issues, and system gaps, and coordinate with Operations and IT for timely containment and permanent resolution.
- Support inventory control through variance analysis, cycle count monitoring, root-cause investigation, and corrective action tracking.
- Monitor and maintain visibility of exceptions such as damaged, expired, blocked, MRB, aging, or unaccounted inventory until closure.
- Analyze existing Warehouse and Finished Goods processes to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction, productivity improvement, cost savings, and error prevention.
- Develop digital workflows, dashboards, scripts, or automation tools to eliminate repetitive manual work and improve process reliability.
- Participate in WMS, ERP, SAP, system integration, automation, and digital transformation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, implementation, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to investigate recurring operational issues and recommend sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions, system guides, and digital workflow documentation to support operational consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate effectively with Warehouse Operations, Finished Goods, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, HSE, and IT teams to deliver cross-functional improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring that operational data, records, processes, and supporting documentation are accurate and readily available.
- Take ownership of assigned processes, projects, reports, and improvement initiatives, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support other operational assignments based on business requirements.
- Comply with all EHS, ESD, Quality, Security, 5S/6S, and site operational requirements.

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or another relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or Finished Goods operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data cleaning, lookup functions, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis.
- Foundational knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into clear, actionable operational insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with different stakeholder levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with appropriate guidance.
- Willingness to learn new systems, digital tools, operational processes, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
PREFERRED:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, or other scripting and automation tools.
- Experience gained through academic projects or internships in dashboard development, data analytics, automation, process improvement, or system implementation.
- Exposure to WMS or ERP applications such as SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, or other structured improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies, IoT, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or smart manufacturing.
- Exposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, outbound logistics, or Finished Goods shipment processes.
- Basic awareness of ISO, EHS, ESD, Quality, Security, and audit compliance requirements.
