The role works closely with marketing, content, web, social media, and other internal teams to create impactful designs that align with brand standards while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of creative assets across digital, social media, web, presentations, email, events, and print.
• Work closely with marketing, content, web, social media, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and provide feedback on designs produced by junior designers or external freelancers.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and work with vendors when required.
• Stay informed of design trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement in creative output.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or an in-house creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, digital, and campaign work.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in graphic design and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva, Affinity, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is an advantage.
• Maintains awareness of industry design trends and demonstrates openness to exploring and adapting to AI-powered creative tools.
• Collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
