Internship for PETRONAS OE R2 Technology Center

1. Data & AI Support
Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and performance reporting tools.
Support data collection, validation, analysis, and KPI reporting.
Generate simple insights, trends, and visualisations to support decision-making.
Assist in developing, maintaining, testing, and improving AI Agents, Copilot solutions, and automation use cases.
Document data sources, reporting logic, AI workflows, and user guidance materials.

2. Data Storytelling & Communication
Transform data into clear dashboards, infographics, reports, and presentation materials.
Develop simple data-driven communication content for management and stakeholders.
Translate analytical findings into concise business insights and recommendations.
Support preparation of presentation slides, visual summaries, and performance update materials.

3. Performance Reporting & Automation Support
Support performance tracking, dashboard monitoring, and reporting activities.
Conduct basic trend analysis and KPI monitoring to identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in automating reporting processes using Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or related digital tools.
Maintain documentation, reporting records, and analytical outputs.

4. Personal Attributes & Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Engineering, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel, data analytics, and visualization tools.
Exposure to AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, or automation tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
