Functional (job responsibilities)

• To draft and document user requirement, perform system test (UAT) and liaise with vendors/PMO for
• systems and infrastructure related matters.
• Seek opportunities by leveraging on technology capability.
• To facilitate incentive preparation and computation.
• Facilitate and liaise with GITA on network infrastructure, frontend system, backup management and capacity.
• Liaise with IT and vendors on problem solving and other IT activities.
• Provide support and training to internal and external users.
• Develop procedures and participate in the planning and testing of the company’s disaster recovery plan for computing services

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Work with Sales Managers on department IT related matters.
• Implement IT security standards and procedures.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• Ensuring department controls are in place and process flows are complying to audit, regulatory, and compliance.
• Respect the HLB culture & take an active role in the communities.
