Senior Technician TND

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot module testers to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform periodic tester DV, GR&R and SPC monitoring.
• Support new tester setup, conversion and production readiness.
• Improve tester performance, test yield and testability.
• Drive test setup efficiency through simplification, automation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping requirements.
• Support production needs and other tester-related activities as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in tester sustaining, equipment maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift/overtime when required.
