Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Chinese restaurant, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experience, team performance and achievement of outlet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Chinese restaurant and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service and presentation are maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue and operating performance.
- Support effective control of food, beverage and operating costs.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, staff scheduling and productivity.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure team members are well informed of promotions and menu items.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between service and food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage and breakage.
- Assist in promoting restaurant promotions and driving outlet revenue.
- Train and develop team members to improve service standards and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with hotel and Accor standards, policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Previous experience managing a Chinese restaurant is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, menu items and restaurant service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant cost control and revenue management.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive, hands-on and service-oriented attitude.
