Context & Environment

• Operates in a dynamic learning environment supporting TEPMY's Environment & Social Performance team across environmental, GHG and sustainability topics throughout exploration, development, production and decommissioning activities.
• Works with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, providing exposure to operational, regulatory, sustainability and business planning processes.
• Expected to demonstrate strong learning agility, adaptability, professionalism and integrity while balancing multiple assignments and priorities.
• The role provides broad development opportunities and practical experience across environmental management, GHG management and social performance, preparing the individual for future specialist or leadership roles within the organization.

Activities

• Support the implementation of environmental, GHG and social performance programmes and initiatives across the affiliate.
• Assist with the collection, analysis and reporting of environmental, sustainability and GHG performance data.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards and management updates.
• Assist with environmental and GHG planning activities, including business planning and performance reporting processes.
• Support environmental monitoring, compliance tracking and performance improvement programmes.
• Assist with environmental studies, impact assessments, permitting activities and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to sustainability, stakeholder engagement and community development initiatives.
• Support biodiversity, waste, water stewardship and pollution prevention programmes.
• Participate in audits, reviews, inspections and assurance activities as required.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on environmental, sustainability and GHG topics, emerging regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support coordination with operational teams, contractors, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Maintain records, databases and documentation in accordance with Company requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives across the asset lifecycle.
• Complete development assignments and training programmes to build competence across Environment, GHG and Social Performance disciplines.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Social Science, Natural Sciences or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn across a broad range of topics.
• Demonstrated integrity, resilience, accountability and teamwork.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with data.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Information

Supports the Environment & Social Performance team across environmental management, GHG management, social performance and sustainability activities, contributing to reporting, analysis, project coordination and continuous improvement initiatives. Participates in structured development assignments and training programmes to build technical, professional and leadership capabilities within the function.
