Junior Marketing Manager m/f/d

Here, you’ll get to explore a wide range of marketing activities, learn new things and gradually take on more responsibility.

As a Junior Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring our marketing strategy to life and help us grow our reach. Your role covers a broad mix of activities – from content and social media to online campaigns, SEO, GEO and email marketing.

You’ll create and publish content for blogs, newsletters, social media and ads, take care of visual assets and support our content calendar. You’ll also contribute your own ideas for topics and campaigns and make sure existing content stays up to date. In online marketing, you’ll conduct keyword research, optimize content for SEO and GEO, and support campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and our marketing agencies, you’ll gain practical experience in both organic and paid online marketing.

You’ll also work with our website and newsletters, maintaining pages, promotions and product information in our CMS and creating and sending newsletters. When it comes to events, trade fairs and other offline marketing activities, you’ll support the team and work closely with Sales, Design, agencies and suppliers. As part of our international organization, you’ll also collaborate with marketing teams and specialists across other European countries.

You don’t need to be a marketing expert from day one. What matters most to us is your enthusiasm for marketing, your willingness to learn and some initial experience – wherever you gained it.

Your profile:

• You have completed an MBO-4 or HBO-level qualification, ideally in marketing, communications or media
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and ideally also speak French or Spanish
• You communicate confidently, have an entrepreneurial mindset and work in a structured and detail-oriented way
• You have ideally gained some initial marketing experience, for example through an internship, thesis, personal projects or other practical experience
• You have experience creating content, working with social media or supporting other marketing activities
• You are ideally familiar with design tools such as Adobe CC and content management systems such as WordPress or Contentful
• You have ideally further developed your marketing knowledge through training or certifications, for example from Google or HubSpot

What we offer:

• A gross monthly salary of €2,700 to €3,100, depending on your skills and experience, based on a 40-hour working week
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
