About the role:

As a Quality Assurance Assistant you will play an important role in ensuring that Herbalife products meet the required quality standards before reaching our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming goods, evaluating product quality against specifications, investigating product complaints, and supporting quality-related activities across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Quality teams, and external manufacturing partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys identifying issues, and contributes to product quality and safety.

In this role, you will:

  • Inspect, register, maintain, and archive retain samples.
  • Perform quality inspections of incoming products and materials according to established specifications.
  • Evaluate products against specifications and make acceptance or rejection decisions.
  • Request and review product-related documentation from suppliers and contract manufacturers.
  • Maintain quality-related records and databases.
  • Support investigations into product quality complaints and quality events.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Order Fulfillment, Assembly, and Quality teams across the region.
  • Support additional Quality Assurance activities when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the Quality department.

Our requirements:

  • MBO level education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.
  • Experience performing inspections and working with quality standards.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo where appropriate.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Agile or similar systems is considered an advantage.
