Do you love creating memorable first impressions and making guests feel genuinely welcome? Restaurant Jansz., located in the heart of Amsterdam, is looking for an energetic and charismatic Host to be the face of our restaurant. With your warm personality, natural hospitality, and eye for detail, you ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave with a smile.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome each guest with a warm smile, ensuring their experience starts on a high note.
• Manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and guide guests to their tables with finesse.
• Keep the flow of the dining area smooth, managing wait times and providing updates to guests as a Host/Hostess.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar host or guest-facing role is preferred but not required.
• A naturally friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages like Dutch are a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
