The role
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain activities for the Accessories & Merchandise business across Europe. The role ensures the seamless planning, procurement, distribution, and inventory management of accessories and merchandise products, supporting both market demand and business growth objectives. Working closely with National Sales Companies (NSCs), importers, suppliers, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders, the specialist drives supply chain efficiency, product availability, and continuous process improvement.
This is what you will do:
• Consolidate and analyze annual and monthly demand forecasts from European markets and importers to develop accurate supply plans.
• Create and communicate supplier forecasts to support capacity planning and ensure supply continuity.
• Manage purchasing activities with global OEM suppliers, including Zeekr China and Geely China, as well as selected European suppliers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with suppliers, Central Distribution Centers (CDC), and Local Distribution Centers (LDC) to ensure timely product availability.
• Prepare and manage customs and import/export documentation for non-EU transactions and special customs regions.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels by balancing vehicle sales forecasts, accessory take rates, supplier lead times, and stock targets.
• Track supply chain performance and proactively mitigate supply risks, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Develop and distribute regular inventory, sales, and supply chain performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure product master data, pricing information, and purchasing conditions remain aligned with contractual agreements.
• Monitor supplier pricing, product cost developments, and retail pricing structures to support profitability objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process, system, and operational improvements that enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Aftersales, Logistics, Finance, and external partners to support business objectives.

Required Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Experience in the automotive industry, aftermarket, accessories business, retail supply chain, or consumer goods environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with international suppliers and distribution networks.
• Experience in forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock optimization.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs regulations is considered an advantage.
• Experience working in a European or multinational business environment.
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent supply chain certifications are considered an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools and reporting systems is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
