We are currently looking for Procurement Manager, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Demand Management

  • Manage day-to-day procurement requirements for the European headquarters and relevant business functions, including office supplies, IT equipment, marketing activities, professional services, travel-related services, administrative services, and other procurement categories.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to clearly define procurement scope, specifications, budget, delivery timelines, and service requirements.
  • Manage procurement requests, RFQs, internal approvals, purchase orders, and delivery in accordance with company procurement procedures.

Supplier Development & Management

  • Identify, source, screen, and evaluate local suppliers across Europe based on business needs, and establish and continuously enhance the supplier database.
  • Conduct supplier qualification reviews, RFQs, quotation comparisons, and commercial negotiations.
  • Regularly evaluate supplier performance in terms of pricing, quality, delivery, service, and responsiveness.
  • Maintain effective supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Cost & Commercial Management

  • Conduct procurement price analysis and cost comparisons, and negotiate commercial terms to optimize procurement costs while meeting business requirements.
  • Collect European market pricing and supplier information to support procurement decisions and budget planning.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and support the development and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives.

Contract & Procurement Process Management

  • Coordinate the preparation, approval, execution, and filing of procurement contracts, purchase orders (POs), and other procurement-related documentation.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and relevant business functions to ensure procurement contracts and commercial terms comply with internal requirements.
  • Follow up on order execution, delivery, acceptance, invoicing, and payment processes, and resolve issues arising throughout the procurement process in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company procurement policies, approval procedures, and compliance requirements.

Cross-functional & Cross-regional Collaboration

  • Maintain close communication with country teams across Europe and headquarters in China to coordinate procurement requirements across different markets.
  • Support supplier sourcing and procurement activities related to the establishment of new European markets and offices.
  • Support other procurement-related projects based on evolving business needs.

💼 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or a related area.
  • Experience in local procurement and/or supplier development within Europe is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, multinational companies, or fast-growing organizations is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, quotation comparison, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contract management, and PO management.
  • Strong cost awareness, analytical skills, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English as a working language; Dutch, German, French, or other European language skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural, and fast-paced business environment.
