What you will do:

- Drive programs from concept through launch, continuous improvement, and growth.
- Identify new opportunities to expand program reach and customer impact.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organizations to align goals and ensure effective execution.
- Use customer insights, market trends, and clinical developments to shape future portfolio priorities.
- Ensure programs remain evidence-based, clinically relevant, and aligned with partner commitments.
Who we're
looking for
You enjoy bringing people together around a common goal and
are comfortable working in environments where success depends on collaboration,
influence, and strong relationships.

We think you will thrive in this role if you bring:
- Experience leading portfolios, programs, products, or strategic initiatives.
- The ability to influence and build alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong business understanding combined with a structured approach to execution.
- Experience navigating complexity and balancing multiple priorities.
- An interest in healthcare, education, life sciences, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience with clinical education, healthcare training, or resuscitation programs is valuable, but not required.
