Ready to Be the Experience Behind Every Great Journey?

We have exciting customer-focused roles to keep you busy this summer!

Do you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while customers head off on the adventure of a lifetime? Are you at your best juggling customer care, fleet readiness and teamwork to make sure every campervan and motorhome handover feels effortless — and every return ends on a high?

At Travvia, the people behind JUCY and Star RV, we’re looking for several Experience Leads to join us in casual roles as well as fixed-term opportunities ending 30th April 2026 to support our Queenstown Branch and help deliver memorable experiences for every traveller, every time.

The Destination: Where Operations Meet Customer Experience

As Experience Lead, you play a critical role in bringing our promise to life. You’ll support the Branch Manager and Team Leader by ensuring vehicles are road-ready, systems are accurate, and customers receive professional, friendly, and timely service at every touchpoint.

This role is a blend of customer experience, fleet operations, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, lead by example, and step in wherever needed to keep the branch running smoothly.

Your Journey on the Road

Own the Customer Experience

You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the Travvia, JUCY, and Star RV brand. From answering queries and processing bookings to resolving complaints with confidence and care, you’ll help turn challenges into positive outcomes and lasting impressions.

Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready

You’ll make sure no vehicle leaves the yard unless it meets our safety standards, fully serviced, compliant, clean, and ready for the road. You’ll work closely with mechanics, suppliers, and service centres, helping manage maintenance priorities, claims, and minor repairs to keep availability accurate and reliable.

Support Projects & Continuous Improvement

You’ll contribute to branch and company projects, sharing ideas and supporting initiatives that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Lead by Example

Health and Safety is part of everything you do. You’ll actively promote safe work practices, follow Travvia policies, and help ensure our branch is a safe environment for staff, customers, and contractors.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

You’re a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a similar environment. You’re organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to problem-solve and communicate clearly.

You take pride in your work, enjoy learning, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You understand how your actions impact both customers and teammates, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.

You’ll also bring:

• Strong customer service and conflict management skills

• A solid understanding of health and safety practices

• The flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A genuine passion for delivering great experiences

Why You’ll Love Rolling With Us

In this Casual role role you’ll be part of a fun, multicultural team that genuinely enjoys working together.

If you’re ready to play a key role in unforgettable journeys (both for our customers and your own career) we’d love to hear from you. We’re reviewing applications as they come, so apply now!
