Site Foreman/Site Manager

Are you an experienced landscaper ready to work on some of the most impressive outdoor construction projects in New Zealand?

The Plant People is growing across Otago, and we're looking for a motivated Site Foreman / Site Manager to lead crews, deliver high-quality projects, and help create exceptional outdoor spaces for high-end residential, new developments and key commercial clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in landscape construction or hard landscaping
  • Experience leading small teams or a desire to step into leadership
  • Strong understanding of site operations and project delivery
  • Experience with retaining walls, paving, concreting and timber construction
  • Machinery operating experience (preferred)
  • Drainage experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Full Class 1 Driver Licence
  • Class 2, WTR, Site Safe or First Aid certifications are advantageous
