About the Role
Manukau Nissan is seeking a driven and experienced Vehicle Sales Assistant Manager to support the leadership of our sales department. In this role, you will play a key part in driving team performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met.

• • Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team supervision
  • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
  • Collaborate with the broader dealership team to streamline sales processes

Skills & Experience

• • Proven experience in automotive sales, with leadership exposure
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver’s licence
