Job Description
Colliers Occupier Services provide facilities management services to some of New Zealand’s leading commercial and public sector organisations. Join us and play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a significant national portfolio.
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portion of a national portfolio of retail and commercial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a great communicator, enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, managing competing priorities and delivering outstanding service.
The Value You'll Add
- Manage facilities operations across a portfolio of sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance providers to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance, compliance, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and create value for clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' Facilities Management experience.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
