As an Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients after “go live” by maintaining technical requirements, assisting with reporting frameworks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also help identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and contribute to process innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide ongoing post–“go live” client support by answering technical and reporting questions.
- Assist Client Success Managers (CSMs) with setup, maintenance, and a wide range of back-office operational tasks.
- Maintain and enhance client dashboards, including query writing, report frameworks, and data manipulation.
- Support QA initiatives by validating data quality, replicating issues, tracking bugs, and liaising with Tech Support as needed.
- Recognize process pain points and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests, balancing urgency with business impact.
- Ensure clients are receiving maximum value from Synthesio tools by proactively supporting usage and adoption.
- Re-route complex client requests to CSMs and other teams when appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently about technical product offerings.
- Basic knowledge of Python or other coding/scripting languages is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
