Internship - Production Management

This role involves end to end support for semiconductor test engineering, focusing on data analysis for test cases, project planning for qualification workflows, technical correlation between ATE and Bench systems, and documentation management for project logistics.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Electronics Application: Apply electronics principles to real job tasks and engineering problem-solving.
• Data & Communication: Organize data, create clear reports, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
• Professional Growth: Build self-confidence and strengthen interest in semiconductor electronics through hands-on exposure.
• Supply Chain Fundamentals: Support basic project management activities related to the semiconductor supply chain.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Software Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Programming Basics: Basic proficiency in C/C++.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain management structure and key processes.

Internship Learning Outcomes

• Backend Test Manufacturing: Gain understanding of semiconductor backend test manufacturing operations.
• Test Systems Exposure: Learn how Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and bench testing are used in practice.
• Productivity & Quality Metrics: Understand productivity measures including cost and yield performance.
• Sample Supply Chain Process: Understand end-to-end supply chain processes for semiconductor samples.
