About the Role
Carrier is seeking a Process Engineer (Outdoor) to support Outdoor Unit (ODU) manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process improvement, productivity enhancement, quality support, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient production performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Analyze manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process implementation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications
- Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement projects
- Follow safety regulations and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of HVAC or air conditioning manufacturing is an advantage
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good command of English
- Able to work rotating shifts (Day/Night)
