Continuous Improvement Team Leader
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Engineering.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Good English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and coaching skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and coach the Continuous Improvement team and identify qualification needs.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of Continuous Improvement projects.
- Support the ramp-up and implementation of new projects.
- Promote Lean/Six Sigma methods and a continuous improvement culture.
- Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure sustainable results.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments.
