HR Business Partner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.
- Support conflict management and maintain a positive working environment.
- Drive HR development initiatives in line with business needs
- Partner with managers and employees on HR-related topics
