Job Description
• Lead and manage commercial real estate and workplace projects, including corporate office fit-outs and headquarters relocations.
• Manage workplace transformation initiatives and capital improvement projects.
• Deliver interior fit-out, renovation and new construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management and quality control.
• Support business development activities and client relationship management.
• Contribute to industrial, logistics, manufacturing, technology and mission-critical facility projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial real estate, construction or workplace environments.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale fit-out, renovation or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction administration and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Must have valid authorization to work in Taiwan without employer sponsorship.
• Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
Additional Information

• Experience within a commercial real estate consultancy, developer or corporate real estate environment.
• Business development and client acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multinational corporate clients.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
