Senior Master Instructor
Seattle, WA | Full-Time
BODYROK is expanding rapidly across Seattle, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Master Instructor to help lead the next chapter of our growth.
This is a full-time role for an established fitness professional who brings significant industry experience, a strong teaching presence, and a passion for developing both clients and instructors. You will be one of the key faces of BODYROK across the Seattle market, teaching at multiple studios and helping us build a consistent, high-level BODYROK experience as we continue to expand.
What You’ll Do
- Teach 20–22 high-energy BODYROK classes per week across our Seattle market.
- Deliver an exceptional, music-driven workout with confident cueing, strong form coaching, intentional programming, and thoughtful modifications.
- Become a recognizable leader and face of the BODYROK brand across Belltown, Queen Anne, Bellevue, Ballard, U Village, and future Seattle-area locations.
- Help establish and maintain a consistently high teaching standard across the Seattle instructor team.
- Participate in instructor trainings, auditions, evaluations, and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with Seattle leadership on instructor development, programming, studio culture, and overall brand growth.
- Be flexible to teach across multiple Seattle-area studios as the market continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional group fitness instruction experience, with significant experience in a boutique fitness environment.
- An established instructor with a proven track record of delivering consistently strong classes.
- Experience teaching 20+ classes per week or demonstrated ability to successfully maintain a high-volume teaching schedule.
- Background in reformer Pilates, Lagree, barre, strength training, dance, cycling, or another performance-based fitness discipline.
- Strong understanding of form, movement quality, cueing, musicality, and creating an exceptional client experience.
- Someone who naturally takes initiative, leads by example, and wants to contribute beyond their own classes.
- Excited by growth and interested in building a long-term career with BODYROK.
- Must successfully complete BODYROK training and teaching audition.
Compensation
Class Pay: 30-35 base plus commission
Non-Teaching Hours: 20-27 an hour for administrative work
