We are currently seeking candidates with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Traveling Medical Receptionist. This position supports our dermatology clinics throughout Wyoming, including travel to satellite clinic locations as a core responsibility of the role. Team members travel alongside our providers and clinical teams to support patient care across multiple locations. Transportation is coordinated by ADCS, and as this is a non-exempt hourly position, all travel time is paid in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
• Facilitating the efficient and timely entry of patients into the office setting
• Greeting all patients in a professional manner
• Distributing patient forms and ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Copying insurance cards, driver's licenses, and other required patient documentation
• Supporting front office business administrators and the Office Manager with daily operations
• Pulling, filing, and maintaining patient records
• Frequent telephone communication with patients, including appointment scheduling and outreach
• New patient chart setup and maintenance
• Traveling with providers and clinic teams to support operations at satellite clinic locations throughout Wyoming
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Other Duties May Include:
• Screening patients and employees upon entry as needed
• Checking patients in and out
• Supporting patient flow and rooming activities as needed
• Following all safety and infection prevention protocols
• Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Sanitizing and cleaning designated work areas
• Assisting with clinic setup and operations at satellite locations
Requirements Include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical software programs, and insurance policies preferred
• Typing proficiency of 40 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and customer service-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient experiences
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to satellite clinic locations throughout Wyoming
• Flexibility to work in multiple clinic locations based on operational and patient care needs
• Comfortable traveling with providers and clinic teams to support outreach and satellite clinic services
