Position Summary

The Administrator is responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for the community's operations. This includes ensuring high standards of resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting financial performance, and fostering an engaged and positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members to create an environment focused on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee all operational functions of the community
• Champion quality care and resident-centered services
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to department managers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Promote strong resident and family satisfaction
• Monitor facility performance and implement improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional team members
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Represent the organization in community and professional settings

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
• Prior long-term care or senior living leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of skilled nursing operations and healthcare regulations
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong financial, organizational, and operational management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for residents and employees alike

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have proven leadership skills, the ability to build relationships in and outside of the facility, and strong working knowledge of skilled nursing care operations and regulations. They will have the ability to coach and provide superior leadership and direction.
