- Travel Requirements: 25% to 50% overnight travel across the Southeast and East Coast to meet decision-makers and scout locations.

What You'll Do

- Execute Cold Outreach: Dedicate time each week to prospecting through cold calls, walk-ins, and lead lists to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Coordinate Installations: Bridge the gap between the location and the client by overseeing the logistics of machine placement.
- Solve "Half-Baked" Problems: Take high-level objectives or 60%-complete ideas and independently drive them to 100% completion.
- Build the Infrastructure: Help create the very systems (CRM usage, reporting, workflows) that the company will use as it grows.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Adapt quickly to changing weekly needs, ranging from administrative spreadsheet work to face-to-face negotiations.
- Maintain Ethical Standards: Ensure all client communications are grounded in real data and transparent expectations.
Success Indicators

Required Qualifications

- Small Company Experience: Proven ability to thrive in environments with fewer than 20 employees where support staff and pre-built systems do not exist.
- Demonstrated Risk Tolerance: A professional history that includes startups, commission-heavy roles, or transitioning from stable to unproven environments.
- Prospecting Competency: Experience initiating contact with strangers via cold calling or door-knocking; comfort with rejection is essential.
- Independent Problem Solving: Ability to execute on broad instructions without requiring a step-by-step manual or constant supervision.
- Travel Readiness: Valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel 25-50% of the month overnight.
