  • Assess current-state processes, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend standardized future-state procedures and controls.
  • Support user training, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, onboarding, and change communications related to system processes and updates.

  • Perform trend, variance, exception, and ad hoc analyses to identify patterns, risks, data issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop recurring and on-demand reports, dashboards, visualizations, and briefing materials that communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Explain analytical methods, assumptions, limitations, and conclusions in concise written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborate with other analysts to define data requirements, improve analytical products, and respond to client priorities.

Stakeholder Coordination and Delivery

  • Engage financial managers, program staff, system owners, developers, analysts, and leadership to clarify needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Facilitate working sessions, gather and validate requirements, document decisions, and drive timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Provide clear status updates, surface risks and dependencies early, and maintain momentum across concurrent priorities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
