Starting Pay: $16.00/hour + $1.00 Weekend Premium

Available Shifts: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the team throughout each shift
• Coach employees and provide guidance to help them succeed
• Set the standard for excellent customer service
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Oversee cash handling and ensure transactions are accurate and secure
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable
• Help keep the shift running efficiently and step in wherever needed
• Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred
• Cash handling experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable
• Comfortable handling difficult customer situations with professionalism
• Reliable, responsible, and able to make sound decisions
• Someone who leads by example and treats both customers and coworkers with respect
