Sr. Inside Sales Rep

As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative here at Brady Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Qualifications

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to optimize sales processes and customer engagement
