Starting Wages: $22.77–$29.30/HR (based on certified experience)

Location: Highland House Health & Rehabilitation Center (Grants Pass, OR)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and NOC Shifts available

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM (Friday-Tuesday)
• Evening Shift: 2:30 PM-10:30 PM (Friday-Tuesday)
• NOC Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 12s

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
• Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
• Recent education or completed clinical hours
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
