Position Overview
The customer engagement analytics analyst is responsible for collaborating with divisions to identify and leverage segmentation analytics around customer opportunities, defining and developing dashboards for common demand and customer engagement KPIs, and supporting demand planning and customer engagement initiatives. Working with the Demand Planners & Customer Service/ Engagement team to support analytics and projects
Key Responsibilities
- Work with regions and support subsidiaries use of analytic tools
- Deliver analysis that provides insights for improving customer data & collaboration
- Support and coordinate new tools implementation, innovations and processes; implementation like Data Studio, Big Query, Snowflake & Domo and Sigma
- Manage, update and share standardized analytics and reports to the subsidiaries and divisional CS& L team
- Communicates frequently with the Regional CBS Leadership team and Local CS&L on service KPI achievement and important customer engagement steps
- Support the regions on customer inventory tracking
- Align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals and transformation objectives
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision-making
- Collaborate with regions to understand their needs and requirements
- Ensure the integration of analytics solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate training and communication to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new tools, dashboards
- Oversee master data management and ensure data integrity within supply chain processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to master data in the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage the Supply Chain initiatives engagement with the customers focusing on Order-To-Invoice efficiency, and service KPI such as Case fill,On shelf availability Closely works with the regional teams on collaborative planning with customers
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Must be available to work hybrid at our Overland Park, KS office location throughout the entire internship.
- Must be available to work 20 hours/week during the academic semester
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Domo, Sigma,
- Experience in create dashboards in DOMO, Google Business Suite, Sigma Computing tools
- Knowledge of working massive data and simplification
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10%
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
