Data Analyst

RSC2 is currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, prepare, validate, and enter acquisition data into prescribed formats.
• Cleanse, track, model, visualize, and present data supporting current and future procurement decisions.
• Develop specifications, flowcharts, trackers, dashboards, and management reports.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, performance trends, lessons learned, and after-action information.
• Recommend solutions, automation opportunities, process improvements, and enhancements to data collection and reporting.
• Develop prototype and production data trackers that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Maintain and integrate dashboard data-collection tools.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, templates, and reporting procedures.
• Train FEMA stakeholders on data trackers and provide user guides, job aids, and reference materials.
• Work independently or under general direction while communicating findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,622 - $141,647 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
