We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Walden Landing, and we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail to every task.

Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a customer‑service–oriented individual with an upbeat, “can‑do” approach and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player who is reliable, motivated, and focused on delivering quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfill resident service requests
Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
Perform apartment punch work and make‑ready preparation
Complete drywall repairs and painting
Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks
Communicate effectively while remaining professional under pressure

Schedule & Requirements

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shared on‑call rotation required
Weekend availability required
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience
HVAC experience preferred
HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
