As a Technical Client Manager here at Brady Corp, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and Brady Corp’s Product Solutions and Services business, ensuring the delivery of tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact client satisfaction and retention by providing expert technical guidance, managing client expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support operational excellence and growth within the Product Solutions and Services business.

Qualifications
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address client issues promptly.
- Manage client relationships by providing ongoing technical support, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for solution enhancements.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Proven experience managing technical client relationships and delivering client-focused technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of technical product solutions and the ability to translate complex technical information into client-friendly language.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to coordinate solution delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with client management tools and CRM software to track and manage client interactions and project progress.
