Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management, and managing medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects and events.
  • Experience acting as a point of contact for external-facing stakeholders, such as customers or partners, with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to automate administrative workflows and optimize project management.
  • Proven ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, build strong relationships, and apply program management practices to solve complex business issues.

About the job

As an Administrative Business Partner for the Cloud AI organization, you will be the strategic core of your team’s operations. You will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing a complex global calendar, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning business-critical meetings and events. Beyond core administrative tasks, you will be a trusted business partner, driving projects from initiation to completion, solving problems before they arise, and proposing strategic process and operational improvements that elevate the entire organization. You will also lead and mentor the administrative community, overseeing staffing and morale while advocating our culture. Your strong business judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of functions, interact with a group of people, and establish a high level of trust with leaders and cross-functional partners.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $96000 - $137000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Orchestrate complex global calendars, international travel, and high-stakes business meetings, acting as a core strategic partner to maximize executive impact.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leadership, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration while exercising impeccable judgment with confidential information.
  • Lead site or community committees effectively, providing proactive guidance and acting as a role model for the broader administrative community to drive high-impact culture initiatives.
  • Advocate a thriving, company culture, acting as a core cultural ambassador who cultivates a productive and collaborative environment across the organization.
