Enovia Originator

About the Role

The originator role is specific to P&G’s Enovia system. This system holds all of the item specifications and associated details with proper P&G Engineering and Standards approvals. These specs are entered (originated) by the originator role and subsequently accessible by all co-packers affiliated with P&G’s customization business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews customer requirements and specifications for upload into P&G Enovia system.
  • Executes appropriate change control for revisions to previously approved specification work.
  • Ensure integrity of the P&G C&F due dates on the Pratt Display activity log.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Provide GCAS (Global Code Allocation Systems) creation to supply partners if applicable.
  • Execute preliminary peer review of work specification packets if necessary.
  • Properly execute CWM (case weights and measures) uploads within 48 hours of availability.
  • Assigned duties relative to any part of P&G’s business (MSO or GBU) and specification work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred background in packaging, production, quality or project management
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Ability to maintain output even in high pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communications with customers (external and internal)
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple projects at one time
  • Superior time management skills
