Pharmacist

• Provide Clinical Services: Manage minor ailment assessments, smoking cessation, and chronic disease management (diabetes, pain).

• Dispense & Consult: Ensure accuracy in prescription dispensing and provide thorough patient counselling on medications and interactions.

• Community Care: Administer vaccinations, immunizations, and perform lab sample analysis.

• Hospital Experience: We service the local hospital and provide collaborative care with the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.

• Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (or eligible for licensure).

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset for this community.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail/community pharmacy preferred.
