Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the project risk management framework, including risk identification, as-sessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Establish and oversee governance structures, decision-making procedures, approval workflows, and project assurance mechanisms.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, project procedures, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate compliance reviews and audits, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and pre-ventive actions.
• Prepare periodic management reports, risk registers, governance reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries for project stakeholders.
• Support systems engineering, RAMS, safety assurance, certification, and interface management teams by ensuring appropriate governance and reporting mechanisms are in place.
• Facilitate project review meetings, steering committee meetings, and governance forums, docu-menting decisions and actions.
• Monitor project performance indicators and identify emerging risks, issues, and opportunities re-quiring management attention.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting systems to ensure traceability, transpar-ency, and audit readiness.
• Provide advice to the Project Director and senior management on governance improvements, compliance matters, and strategic risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Risk Manage-ment, or a related discipline
• At least 10 years of professional experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or pro-ject controls on large-scale infrastructure projects
• Minimum 4–6 years in High-Speed Rail or major railway projects
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and com-pliance management systems
• Experience with international engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assur-ance processes
• Demonstrated capability in preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multidisciplinary and international project environments
