As Brand Manager, you will be the
guardian and driver of the brand’s identity and strategy
. You will take charge of how the brand is positioned, ensuring it stands out in a highly competitive, content-heavy space. Your role goes beyond creative campaigns — you’ll connect branding to measurable business results, leading initiatives that drive market share, customer loyalty, and long-term brand equity.

end-to-end role

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define, develop, and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand positioning across multiple regions and markets.
Identity & Governance
Maintain and evolve the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns, digital platforms, sponsorships, partnerships, and communications.
Campaign Management
Plan, deliver, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) that drive brand awareness, player acquisition, and retention.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of competitors, spot emerging trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, CRM, Digital Marketing, Design, and Sponsorship teams to integrate brand messaging seamlessly across all initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
Define KPIs, monitor campaign impact, and use data-driven insights to refine brand strategies, ensuring both creativity and ROI.
Leadership & Team Development
Depending on growth, manage brand executives or agency partners, providing guidance and building a culture of innovation and accountability.
External Partnerships
Build strong relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver standout campaigns and maximize reach.
Requirements
Proven experience
as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role — ideally in iGaming, sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing tech/FMCG.
Strong understanding of
brand building in competitive, high-growth environments
.
Demonstrated ability to balance
creativity with commercial results
.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, campaign planning, and performance measurement.
Strong project management skills — able to oversee multiple initiatives across markets and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
A passion for sports, entertainment, or gaming, with the ability to connect to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ brand/marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
- Experience with sponsorships, activations, and cross-channel campaigns advantageous.
- Familiarity with the iGaming and Sports Betting sector highly beneficial.
