Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

We're on the hunt for a Recruiter. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a recruiter to join our supportive, hybrid team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extending for a further 3 months.

This is a talent-focused role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand what great looks like, identify exceptional candidates, and help us build strong pipelines across a variety of roles. You'll have the support of an experienced team behind you, allowing you to focus on what you do best: finding and engaging great talent.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Sourcing and attracting exceptional talent
• Building and managing talent pipelines
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Delivering a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What we're looking for:

• 1-5 years' recruitment experience in an agency or fast-paced internal recruitment environment
• A passion for finding and engaging great talent
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, organised, and energetic approach
