We're on the hunt for a Strategic Partner Lead. You'll help identify and unlock new opportunities within the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions space. You'll work across multiple teams and strategic partners to explore new initiatives, solve complex challenges and bring opportunities to life. If you thrive in environments where strategy, execution and commercial thinking come together, we're eager to learn more about you.
As Strategic Partner Lead, you will lead strategic initiatives from concept through to implementation, working across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and external partners. You'll identify opportunities, test and scale new initiatives, drive operational excellence and help shape the future growth of the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions space.
If you have the following:
- A Bachelor's degree with relevant business experience
- 5+ years of experience leading projects, strategic initiatives or operational improvement programmes
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, align teams and deliver results through others
