Job Purpose:

As the Mobile Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications. You will write clean and efficient code that delivers a seamless user experience on various mobile platforms, such as iOS and Android.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• You'll collaborate with teammates, designers and product managers to develop new features, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing the application for performance and user experience.

• Your work includes resolving technical issues, participating in code reviews and best practices, coordinating with other team members, reporting problems, and presenting status reports.

• You will take ownership of assigned features and projects, applying creative thinking, seeking guidance in unexpected situations, and ensuring your work is regularly reviewed.

• You will implement improvements in your own work area and contribute to team-level process enhancements, documenting changes and their impact.

• You will also work closely with geographically distributed teams, participating in agile planning meetings and stand-ups, and fixing any issues with existing work.

• This will also involve practicing test-driven development, performing testing on applications, and staying updated on new technology trends and frameworks.

• You will also assist in workflow management and deployment processes, participating in internal and production releases under routine supervision.

What’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application development

• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter, Experience with React Native and other related technologies would be an added advantage

• Experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms

• Knowledge of Cubit/Bloc and other state management libraries

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies

• Good working knowledge of software engineering principles and the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Coding standards aimed towards DRY and SOLID principles

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Passion for gaming and the gaming community
