Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mining activities, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily mining activities to ensure production targets are met.

• Develop and implement production schedules and strategies to optimize productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Train, mentor, and provide leadership to production team members.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Prepare reports on production activities, including production volumes, downtime, and equipment utilization.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field preferred.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mining operations, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software.
