JA The Resort is looking for an exceptional Laundry Manager to lead our laundry operations and ensure every linen, uniform, and guest garment reflects the high standards our guests know and trust.

This is more than managing laundry operations. It's about leading a team, driving quality, ensuring efficiency, and creating seamless experiences behind the scenes that make a lasting impact on every guest stay.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and inspire a multicultural laundry team

Ensure the highest standards of laundry quality and presentation

Oversee linen, uniform, and guest laundry operations

Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational costs

Drive efficiency through process improvement and best practices

Ensure compliance with health, safety, ISO, LQA, and operational standards

Handle guest requests and service recovery with professionalism and care

Monitor productivity, reporting, and departmental performance

Maintain a well-organized, safe, and high-performing laundry facility

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Laundry Manager or senior laundry leadership role within hospitality

Strong people leadership and team development skills

Experience managing large-volume laundry operations

Ability to drive quality, efficiency, and service excellence

Strong understanding of laundry equipment, inventory management, and operational controls

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Middle East hospitality experience is an advantage
