Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to standard recipes.
- Take guest orders and provide prompt and friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately when required.
- Follow all hotel standards, hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
- Maintain good knowledge of the beverage menu and daily promotions.
- Respond to guest requests professionally and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth daily operations.
- Assist with bar opening, closing, and general housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or pub is preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
