Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team and help shape the future of service delivery across the Americas.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, standardization, and scalability. You will facilitate process discovery workshops, identify improvement opportunities, support the integration of new services into GBS, and contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives.

What you'll do

• Map, analyze, and redesign business processes across multiple functions.
• Lead process workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Support service transitions and process integration initiatives within GBS.
• Drive automation and digital transformation projects.
• Define and monitor process KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure processes comply with quality, governance, and operational standards.

What you bring

• +5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, or related areas.
• Strong process mapping and process design skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or multinational environments.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English.
