- Leadership, mentoring and development of a high-performing team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, delivery of impactful BI solutions and continuous improvement
- Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders, Product Managers and Data Engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with measurable business value in sports betting
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within multicultural, cross-functional agile teams
- Translation of complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Ownership and continuous development of ADMIRAL’s data landscape, including semantic modeling, governance and self-service analytic
YOUR TECH-STACK
- Completed higher education (FH, university degree, or equivalent) in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience combined with hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence within agile organizations
- Professional experience in the sports betting industry and a strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business value and continuous improvement
