Job Introduction

Key Tasks

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group-wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across all legal entities and business units.
Coordinate and facilitate BCM activities, including Business Impact Analyses (BIA), continuity planning, and annual reviews.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business continuity exercises, emergency drills, and crisis management trainings.
Contribute to the development of management reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and governance bodies.
Support the maintenance and quality assurance of BCM documentation, ensuring that plans remain practical, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
Support the Enterprise Risk Management process by assisting with risk identification, assessment, reporting, and follow-up of mitigation measures.
Promote business continuity awareness throughout the organization and help foster a resilience-oriented culture.

Key Qualifications

University degree or higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Risk Management, Security Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Consulting, Governance, or a comparable role.
Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, or related standards is considered an advantage.
Excellent MS Office skills and a willingness to learn governance and risk management tools.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style.
Strong understanding of business interdependencies and the ability to drive actions and initiatives forward.
Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 10%.

Salary

The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 38,184 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
