Production Worker / Welder

Ezi Roll (part of the dormakaba Group) manufactures custom roller shutters and industrial doors for a wide range of commercial clients. Based in Pinkenba, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker with welding experience to join our afternoon shift team.

This hands-on role involves welding, fabricating, and assembling components for industrial and commercial door solutions, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

What you will do

• Assemble and prepare high-quality industrial doors and shutters
• Weld and assemble steel components for industrial shutter systems
• Read measurements and accurately handle materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure strong, clean welds
• Work as part of a friendly and supportive production team
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and efficient work environment

What we require

• Experience in MIG welding
• Trade qualification in Boilermaking, Metal Fabrication, or a related trade
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

What we prefer

• Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm; Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
